  This company came today to remove trees from my neighbors yard. First, they block my driveway and asked if this is ok. No, it is not. Then they proceed to keep driving their heavy equipment through my yard, over and over, I told them I do not want them driving their equipment through my yard, as I do not want my grass tore up. The guy tells me I have to work with him and deal with it. He is not here to work in my yard, so I do not have to deal with it. So, it continues. I speak with my neighbor, who presumably told them not to drive through my yard, as they all have a good laugh. So, they finally watch to not drive through my yard, but taunt me by walking through my landscape and playing the air guitar in my front yard. These are the most unprofessional people I have seen. I will definitely never hire them.

  When arriving at a jobsite, we temporarily park the trucks on the street until we notify the customer of our arrival and determine how to set up our equipment on their property according to the scope and location of the tree work. This neighborhood unfortunately, is not built to accommodate large equipment, so we did block Lori’s drive for approximately 5 minutes until being able to move the other truck into the driveway of where we were working. We needed to access the backyard of our job through a very small access point in a tightly built community. Our crew did acknowledge being on Lori’s property (in between her house and the home we were working at) by approximately 1 foot. This included foot traffic and equipment, the size of a riding lawn mower, that is specifically designed to be on turf with no damage. Unfortunately, they did not get the opportunity to explain any of the situation to Lori because they are trained to not engage with irate people. Lori spoke very disrespectfully to our team members; therefore, they did not engage. Our team members wear Bluetooth communications in their hard hats. They love their jobs and have great team morale, so all day they are laughing and joking with each other. What Lori witnessed was just that, not them taunting her. The claim of crew members walking through her landscaping is false.

  Scott and Ryan exceeded our expectations! They trimmed a pear tree so that sunlight can reach our flower beds. Left the yard better than they found it.
