    Had a very large tree cut down that was located close to my house. They came out gave me a very fair price. They showed up before scheduled date as I had indicated they could come any time without notice. They all did an exceptional job! Everyone was so polite and did such a good job. The clean up was amazing. So much more than I expected. I plan on using them again in the spring for another cut down and some trimming. If you want a fair price excellent service and incredible job done from start to finish these are the guys you need to call.

    Eli Tenorio quoted taking down a nasty dirty big 25 year old Bradford Pear (very susceptible to wind). It just had to GO BYE-BYE! The team came as scheduled on time fully outfitted with all safety gear! And, they brought THIS EQUIPMENT! They started working immediately! They positioned the equipment immediately precisely where they wanted it - and were very conscious of our (and the neighbors') lawn, concrete drive and all the trees and shrubbery that were to stay! All their equipment was prepped and ready to go! The equipment they brought enabled them to work smart. They were like an orchestra working together! This was really a top notch EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL CREW and we have used tree services before - no comparison! Eli manipulated a bucket on a big truck positioning and cutting branch after branch...repeatedly. Seeming like either an artist or a skilled surgeon, he took off all branches. It was like a rhythm to select, cut, direct, and fall every piece! In no time, the tree looked more like a tower than a tree. There were these organized piles, first so logs didn't hit the lawn or concrete, and, for the big claw (on a big dump truck) to pick them up and gently PLACE them in the dump truck. They have a method, a strategy to every movement - no one was ever still and was always doing something to get the tree down and everything cleaned up SAFELY. There was a purpose to each piece of equipment, including staging and moving each one in and out as needed They told me it was YEARS of experience! They work SMART and SAFE and were fully attentive to the surroundings, took care of every detail, and were very professional; there are no higher praises that I can express. The purpose of a review is to inform and give you enough information to decide if you want to use someone for something. For TREES - no matter the need, yes, EXPERTS!! Their name is appropriate! OHIO VALLEY TREE EXPERTS! Absolutely!
