  They did a great job with all of the many little things I wanted done - various branches trimmed and a couple of small trees in the wooded area removed. They did everything exactly as I explained it. The crew was really professional and friendly. **** was the lead guy and he pointed out a diseased tree that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. The price was very good, too. I would definitely work with them again.

  They took care of two major issues with two trees. They are certified, insured professional specialists. We are very pleased with the work and cleanup. We will give them first bid for any future needs. August 2024

  On 6/28/2024, Keaton’s Tree Care was giving my neighbor an estimated and I asked them for one as well. They were very accommodating. I needed to have a tree repaired and small trees and overgrown bushes removed. They quoted me a very fair price and started the work immediately! Jeff was friendly and helpful from the start. He and his crew were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. All of the work completed absolutely exceeded my expectations and their cleanup was extremely thorough. I highly recommend them for your tree and brush removal needs!

  These guys were great. I have a lot of experience in this industry. They were professional, educational, responsive, and cleaned up very well. We had 2 trees removed, another trimmed, 2 stumps ground. They dealt with the weather of April and got the job done right. And no, I'm not related to them or being paid to review. I've seen other prior year reviews, of them and perhaps they've learned how to stay in this industry through integrity and doing the right thing. Would recommend them to you.

  Keaton’s Tree Care’s crew was very professional and polite. The person who was cutting the branches used the correct equipment and wore the proper protective items. There was a spotter observing the person in the tree who was cutting the branches. The employees were safety conscious while performing the project. While providing the service, the crew was continuously removing the debris from my yard. At the end, all debris was removed from my yard and street. The crew returned the yard to its original condition minus the maple tree. Payment was not requested prior to my acceptance of the work performed. Compared to other tree companies performing work in my area, this company was superior. The company performed the following services: removed the maple tree, ground down the stump, filled the stump hole with topsoil and planted grass on the filled in hole. After completing the forementioned tasks, the arborist planted two trees in my front yard. Richard C

  They did a good job trimming and bringing down trees hanging over my house and barn. Were very careful and skillful at not damaging structures. They did a good job of cleaning up. I would use them again.

  They showed up unsolicited with the "we are dong another job in the area, and, as we are here, can do a discount job for you" spiel - so old Columbus heard of it. Anyway, I did have some tree work I needed done - tree trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding. They trimmed the trees and removed the one I indicated, but said stump grinding is only done on Saturdays and would return for that work. The team lead wanted full payment immediately, but I said I would pay when the job is complete, so we agreed I would make a partial payment with the rest due upon completion. The man never showed up on Saturday and didn't call, so I hired someone else to grind the stump and actually saved a couple hundred dollars. I would not hire Keaton again. The crew did an OK job, but the management is flaky. There are many other reputable tree service companies one can use

  A man knocked on my door and unsolicited me about cutting down and trimming some trees. He gave me a card and I thought it was Joshua Keaton, but found out later it was another guy all together pretending to be him. He started by going around my yard saying what he could do being very vague, I had to insist on him showing me exactly what he would cut and how he would get rid of it and cut it up to firewood size and stack it. Started with $9000, I told him that I was not going to pay that kind of money . It came down to cutting down one medium sized tree and one small tree cutting stacking firewood size in the back of my yard. During the cutting process large cuts of wood were falling and hitting my house and one of them the wood cutting hit my electric box and shattered it. I did not notice it being broken until after they left. They said they would come back in one week another guy would come and grind the stump‘s. He left the name and phone number on the so-called contract it was just him carving paper with her name of the top and they wrote the information on it. And my wife paid them the full amount of money which I thought was very high $1000, but upon writing the check he said that there’s an extra $70 charge because of a check so is $1070 and the man who I thought was Joshua Keaton left . After calling the name written on the contract to grind my stumps, he didn’t know anything about my stumps and didn’t even own a stump grinder. I called Keaton’s several times over a 3 day period, but no response! So I contacted my bank I told them that I’ve been scammed and they stopped payment on the check. Immediately within hours, they contacted me over several phone calls. they showed up with a stump grinder and started grinding the stumps .. They tried to charge me an extra $100 to grind a stump. Do Not Use This Company, They are a JOKE! They will try to rip you off!
