    I was thinking of moving and was looking at various apartments online. I saw one that I wanted more information on and I filled out the form: Full Name Email Desired move in date Message My message was; Is this unit availabe and what is the monthly rent? Instead of getting my questions answered I received an auto-generated email that said: " Thank you for your recent interest in XXXX.. Please click the link below to provide additional details about yourself and what you're looking for. This is the next step in scheduling a showing and will help us determine the best property for you! We look forward to hearing from you!" The next step was actually filling out a pre-application? What the heck? NO, the next step was getting my questions answered and then based upon those answers scheduling a viewing of the unit that I MAY be interested in renting. HUGE TURNOFF.

    Great management company in the Dayton Area. I think they do their best to do right by their clients and tenants. I would recommend them to anyone looking to invest in this area.

    I give No stars.This company is not worth your time.Their maintenance stinks,they don't do repairs and if they do they half *** do it,all of their employees r very rude they don't answer their phones at all.And if u rent from them they will give u an eviction notice and take all of your things.i know this all is true because they just did all of this to me! I lived in a roach infested apartment for 3 years,another agency was paying my rent,they suddenly stopped paying my rent so I got thrown out by ManCo,and they kept all my belongings.i am now homeless and have nothing Please don't rent from this company!!!
