  I have been actively seeking employment at Centerville Health and Rehab under its new management, but my experience with the hiring process has been frustrating and unprofessional. Despite multiple applications for various positions, I have received little to no response. On one occasion, I received a text message requesting my availability for an interview. I promptly responded with my preferred time and date, but I never received any follow-up.
  
  I made several attempts to contact the facility, including calling to speak with the Business Office Manager at Xenia Health and Rehab, yet my calls were never returned. Each time I reached out, I encountered delays and a lack of communication. Most recently, I applied for a management position at Centerville Health and Rehab and I was contacted by a representative named Sarah, who initially scheduled an interview with me. However, less than a minute after confirming the appointment, she abruptly canceled it, stating the time was no longer available. Despite my follow-up attempts, I never received any further communication.
  
  This pattern of unresponsiveness and disorganization raises concerns about the professionalism of the management team. If the hiring process is handled with such disregard, it calls into question the overall leadership and operational efficiency of the facility. Given the negative reviews already circulating about the quality of resident care, it is concerning that management itself appears to lack accountability and structure.
  
  I hope Centerville Health and Rehab takes these concerns seriously and works to improve its communication and professionalism, both for potential employees and, more importantly, for the well-being of its residents.
