      Store 7170 is actually the store I had an issue with but that store is not listed. I had my luggage shipped to me in NO and was given the wrong address to the place I was staying. Once I noticed, I called UPS & had the address corrected for a fee. At no time did they mention that changing the address (a few blocks down the road, same street) would change the delivery date. This was on a Fri, so I called once i realized it had not been delivered and they told me that it had been taken back to the warehouse. My new delivery date was now Mon since it was the weekend but I was scheduled to fly back home on Sun. I then has to call UPS back the just have my package sent back home, this I was charged for as well. We were told we should receive our package by the following Thurs but once that day came and went we contacted UPS. We were basically told they couldn't find out package. We later found out by the Airbb host in NO that our luggage was there. So our package that we paid and scheduled to be sent home in OH was dropped off at the AirBB on Mon and stayed there until Thur and the only way we found out was because the host reached out because UPS kept saying is was "mis labeled" & they were trying to find it. Never once did they apologize for delivering my package to the wrong address they tried to make it seem like we were doing something wrong since we figured out where it was before they did. Fast forward a week later, our luggage comes back and we pick it up and the zip ties have been taken off and we have several missing items. 3 pair of new shoes, new clothes, cologne ALL stolen. We did purchase insurance on our package so we created a claim immediately. Our claim was denied twice because they said that is was not shipped in the correct packaging. UPS zip tied our luggage instead to putting it in a box because that was how they were taught to do it (so they say). This is the sole reason i cant be compensated for their several mistakes. Now we are out of $1000.

      Flew out of state for a family members funeral and the family member left us a table that was a family heirloom. Since this couldn't be taken back on the plane I paid UPS $400 to ship the 20 lb family heirloom back home. Come to find out later UPS overcharged me almost $300 to ship it. To make things even worse when it arrived the table was decimated, the box was shredded, and the UPS driver just said casually, like he didn't see the damage, "sorry for how the box looks." THERE IS NO AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT MAKES THIS OKAY BECAUSE THIS TABLE IS LITERALLY IRREPLACEABLE! It is very clear the only way this box could end up in this poor of condition was due to extreme mishandling and neglect!
