  Not going to sugar coat anything. I messaged them about a 40'HC and got a prompt response. Come Monday I ordered my container, paid in full. Messaged them and they read it but no response for a little while. Kinda made my a little nervous so I looked and seen all the bad reviews and got really concerned. So I messaged again and was probably a little harsh but I got a message and a call apologizing and was told that all the guys are all grouped together on the FB messager and phone number. So one could be on the phone causing the message to show as read but no response because the office person hadn't seen it yet. So I can see what was going on and understood how it was setup. not the best way but they are still working on bettering there operation. After all that my payment cleared Tuesday and got a call that day to schedule my delivery for Wednesday around 11. Wednesday I Got a call around 9 that they were leaving the depot headed my way. They arrived around 11 but I was running behind and they helped me out an waited a few minutes to Finnish prepping my sight. I got done and they dropped it, talked a couple minutes and they were off to get another one. All and all I'd say they did really good just need to get there communication systems streamlined.

  Thank you very much for the business. Yes we have been making changes to make operation a lot more smoothly and being more accurate. We almost have everything in order but I’m sure there are things we still need too work on but we are definitely getting there.   Conex Express LLC is a complete fraud. I ordered a 40' container the first week of September and was told by Nick the container would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks had passed I started reaching out to Nick via Facebook and phone. I heard every excuse in the book to why container hadn't been delivered. I then reached out to Duane and got the run around from him as well. After waiting 7 weeks I asked for a refund that I never received and was immediately blocked on Facebook. Duane had another scam company Iron Hawk Express, same story there. Do not give this company a penny!

  Wouldn't give 1 star
  First contact was good.
  Set up delivery date, followed up week before. No show, no call.
  Completely ghosted me, wouldn't answer calls or return voicemails. Answered on second ring when calling from different number.
  Informed them that I was reporting them to BBB, they hung up right away. 30seconds later Dwayne called back to tell me to F***off and F*** the BBB.

  This Guy isn't even a customer. we declined doing business with this guy and he got his little feelings hurt. He never purchased anything and never had anything setup. we will be reaching out to his Boss now and dealing with this situation

  I ordered 9/13/22. I just received my conex this week. I was told 2-3 weeks and it took over 9 weeks. They are very hard to get a hold of because they are on the road all the time and they are not very good at getting back with people. They need to use their Facebook page as a way to keep customers updated better and list the truck statuses and list the order numbers. So people can see where they are on the list. They did have several break downs with trailers and trucks that put them way behind but they weren’t answering calls to update their customers. So I do believe they are doing their best to fulfill the orders they just need an office manager that will answer the phone and return phone calls to keep customers in the loop.

  First contact was great! But after no communications from the company and no delivery on the date promised, my only thoughts are this is a company that is either not well suited to manage their business or are actively taking money from people.
  I have filed a credit card dispute.

  Same thing as the other customers. I charged $3504 to my credit card and then all communication just died. I saw that they were previously doing business as Iron Hawk and saw what was going on there. I was finally able to contact them and tried to get a refund. Nick claimed to have already purchased the container, so there would be a 10% restocking fee. Duane later said that he hadn't purchased it yet, contradicting Nick. Eventually Duane agreed to bring me a cashier's check to avoid the credit card dispute, claiming that his merchant accounts were all screwed up because of other filed disputes, but he wanted to wait several days. I went ahead and filed the dispute, with the knowledge that if he actually followed through with the cashier's check, I could cancel the dispute. He never provided the check and never delivered a container. These guys are 100@ frauds.

  Scammers using Facebook marketplace! Took $3700.00 from me back on 9/15/22. Here it is the end of October and no conex delivery. They claimed that previous poor reviews under another company name were disgruntled employees seeking revenge. Dwayne and Nick are the 2 running the scam now.

  Hello Bob we are defiantly not scammers. we have ran into problems with one of our trucks that has us down to one truck running with 4 different depots to run out of and we are doing the best we can with what we have right now. if you still want the container we can get one out to you ASAP or you can just call and ask for a refund which you have never done. please let us know what you want us to do please .

  This place is a scam they took $4600 from me for a shipping container and never deliverd it and now they won't answer the phone or respond to my text messages. Do not deal with them. They were originally called Iron Hawk Express llc. Conex Express llc started in June 2022. They advertize on Facebook selling shipping containers.

  I have talked to you on the phone several times. Yes we are behind due to a truck being down and we are down to one truck delivering. if we was scammers we wouldn't use credit cards we would use something you couldn't dispute like A ACH. If you want a container cool we will get it there ASAP but if not all you have to do is ask for a refund and stop acting like you can't get ahold of me because we have talked alot on the phone last week.

  I ordered the container on 9/21 I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery your employee I was texting and calling hasn’t responded to me in weeks now. You message me on 10/18 saying your going to bring the container but then excuses after excuses I still don’t have the container as of 10/29. I have been asking for a refund since 10/15 but never got it. I filled a dispute with my bank and then you text me saying you’ll bring the container but never do you said your truck was broken down for three days. I ask for the refund and a few days go by and nothing I text you about the refund and you say your out doing deliveries and haven’t been to your office. The same day you said your truck has been broken down. All lies and just delaying me from getting my money back.

  You say your not in your office or can’t issue my refund because you didn’t have your computer with you but you had time to respond to this complaint but still didn’t issue me my refund. Which you said was simple to do.
