    I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND Vinnie's tint shop HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My dad had an appointment at 2pm today to get his windows tinted. Upon dropping off right on time no one was there so he called and was told Vinnie was out doing an estimate and that it would take 2-4 hours to finish the car, keep in mind they have no where to sit and wait. My dad said okay and left the vehicle & keys there and walked 2 miles to McDonald’s to wait for me to pick him up. We both live over an hour away so this itself was very inconvenient but we made due. We sat from 3pm-5pm in the car in a parking lot with my two toddlers waiting to get a call. My dad decided to call him just to check to see how much longer it would be so that we could either wait it out or go home and pick it up tomorrow if it were going to be too much longer. Vinnie answered the phone and was VERY disrespectful right away. He told my dad that he was not his only customer and that he could come and get his ******* car because he wasn’t doing it anymore. Upon saying many other rude things. Keep in mind we were only wanting to get an estimate so we knew what we needed to do because my toddlers were getting antsy after sitting in the car for 2 hours as any toddlers would. Once we got there he left my dads keys in his car in a HORRIBLE part of Dayton just asking to be stolen. Once my dad got to the car he noticed the key fob was destroys almost as someone threw it and it was not like that before he dropped it off along with the whole back of his car being DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Which was not how he dropped it off. Moral of the story, If i could give it negative 10 stars i would.

    Terrible customer service, harasssing text message commuincations, profane language and very unprofessional. I was asking for an estimate and the shop owner told me to take my business elsewhere as I was asking what he labeled inappropriate questions. As every small business runs differently, i was trying to see if the shop rewarded cash paents with lower costs. As many in the past have and still do. Save yourself the headache and just find a business that is going to be more professional and customer centric.

    Me:What's the address, and how long do I leave the vehicle with you? Any better price than $100 if Im paying cash?
    Vinnies Tint Shop: Do you do that at Walmart over there groceries. I'm a small business and your trying to beat me up on the price. That's very ****** of you to do. Please take your business somewhere else. I do not appreciate that by any means. My daddy didn't give me give this buisness I worked my *** off for it. Please dont call my shop
