    We had a very bad experience with Kennedys Custom ****************************** We signed a contract with ****************** in February last year to build a deck around an above ground pool. He asked for a larger down payment than 50% of the contract and we agreed in order for him to buy the materials. In April, we contacted him and gave him the date when the pool was going to be installed and he promised that by the end of May the deck would be built.We asked various times about the deck materials and he was giving us different dates. He promised us to come over many times, but never showed up. ****************** never initiated a conversation; sometimes he was replying giving us different reasons for not showing up.We never received any materials and after so many unsuccessful attempts to meet with him we had to address the issue with the ************ Department.Even after that, ****************** tried to negotiate with us when and how to return the down payment. He said he had no money.Thanks to the **** ****************** returned our money in exchange to drop our charges. We will not recommend this business.
