    I am very pleased with the service I received from McCloud Windows from start to finish. The process was extremely quick and efficient. *** was so personable (it feels like Ive known him my whole life) and knowledgeable (explained everything in great clear detail). He also did not ****** with those desperate follow-up calls that most companies do, which I was very appreciative of. I honestly wish EVERY person in sales was like ***! Women especially would feel more confident with getting quotes and purchasing for major house repairs. My windows came in sooner than expected and ****** (who was super pleasant and courteous) promptly scheduled an appointment to install, arrived on time, finished the job in less than day and my place was so clean inside and out afterwards. He also demonstrated how the windows functioned before he left. Even though I did not personally interact with ****** (owner) I do want to thank him for his help in this process and for the cookies from my very favorite sweet shop! I highly recommend this company, and I will be using them again when I decide to get the other side of my house done.

    I just got new windows from McCloud Windows. My previous windows were from the original build in the 1990s. They leaked air, needed something to keep them open, and would create “hot spots” when the sun shines in. Everything about my experience was wonderful. Catherine was great to work with and shared valuable information about how to buy windows and what things to look for. Brad and Brad did the install and they were friendly, clean, and efficient. I can tell a difference in my house already with my new windows.
