  If you ever have an issue with your basement call The Basement Doctor. Professional, honest, on time, all of the workers are very nice. I cannot say enough good things about *******, ***** and their crew. Exceptional!!!

  Great experience with The Basement Doctor. The ************************, and the 2 workers were polite, respectful, and hard working. The project of installing supports for the basement walls and new basement windows was done in 2 days. We appreciated the walk throughs as work was being done as well as being asked if we had any questions or concerns. The job was completed exactly as we asked and area was left clean. Would highly recommend.

  I had a sump pump installed on July 16, 2024 as part of the ********* ******** ******* . I am very pleased with the service. ****** and his crew did a great job. The job went exactly as described, and everything was cleaned up afterward.

  We are first time homeowners we had nothing to gage finding the right company to waterproof our old basement (built in 1935). The man who came out from the Basement doctor was transparent and supportive in our decision. We have a infant at home who is of crawling age, and I appreciated the thought of the salesman and crew not walking through our home to prevent getting our floors messy (or wearing shoe covers). After deciding to move forward with the Basement doctor due to price and transparency, The company continued to keep us in the loop on what days and times people would be at our home. The crew who came to work on the basement were AMAZING. I really can't stress enough how well of a job they did to our home. They truly are the best. From start to finish, they continued to give us and update on the basement. When they ran into an unexpected situation they communicated fast and really went above and beyond to fix the problem. Pat the plumber was truly a life saver and was able to explain the water situation with our sink in the basement. He took an old pipe and help fix this and was able to keep our basement sink working. Pat the plumber went above and beyond by making our washer not drain into the basement skink but to the main line. Making our pipes run more efficiently. Scott, Johnny, Danny, Diego, Zee and Pat the plumber is the BEST CREW. They were able to recommend a better place for our sub pump, to putting up a type of paneling on the wall. They did great on the concrete. Not only were they always on time, but considerate, respectful, personable and knowledgeable. The team was able to show us the progress and educated us along the way. They also had an electrician come out to provide our new sub-pump its own dedicated outlet. I truly had the best experience with this company for a project that is not always fun. I highly recommend their services, and the crew with Scott, Johnny, Danny, Diego, Zee, and Pat the plumber! Thank you!

  Jessie was friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener. He evaluated my basement and was able to not only save me from wasting thousands of dollars on something I didn't need, that was recommended from a competitor company, but he caught a huge problem with my sump pump that was over looked by another company.
  Jesse quoted me the work required which was reasonablely priced and he explained step by step on how it will done and why it should be done along with the warranty that comes with it.
