    The worst customer service. They always right, customer never right. I always paid full amount my water bills before due date. One time I made typing mistake and they charged $25 for returned eCheck. I corrected this mistake and paid full amount before due date. They refused remove $25 charge from my account. They made several mistakes before. They installed new water meter wrong way. I received estimated bill with much more usage than water meter showed. I asked reduced my bill. They never reduced my bill. After one month they sent crew and they reconnected water meter. I wasted my time and they did not paid me anything for my time and troubles. What a double standard! Also they refused answer telephone when I called customer service.
