    Great experience. Picked me up in a Tesla and got me where I needed to go. Driver was professional . And no surge pricing ..

    A week before my trip, I pre-booked a taxi through the Yellow Cab of Columbus website for pickup in ********* to go to the airport an hour away. The day before my pickup, I was emailed and asked to pre-authorize my credit card which I did. I checked the app again, and my ride was still confirmed. I then called the phone number published on their website to confirm a third time and reached an automated system which told me my ride was confirmed. 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up, I checked the app again, and this time, my ride was showing as CANCELLED. I called the automated system and was connected to ****** who was very rude. I told her I had a ride pre-booked for pickup in ********* which was just cancelled, and she responded "we don't pick up there". At this point, I knew I was doomed, but I tried to give her feedback that the website accepted my booking, etc. She interrupted with "what's the address?", I told her. She responded "we don't pick up there". Got it. But why does your website allow me to book for pickup there then? So I was transferred to "someone who can help" - read: hung up on. So I called back, reached a live person in the business offices and explained the situation. I was told most people would NOT have booked through the website and if I wanted to book a taxi I should have been calling them at ___-___-____ to speak to a live person. I said that phone number goes to an automated system. She said no. I encouraged her to call the number. She called in the background and got... an automated system. She told me I messed up by selecting the business offices from that menu. I said I only tried to reach the business offices when I couldn't get to a live person to help anywhere else. At this point, I am simply trying to give feedback so that you can hopefully improve your process in the future. I was told she "made notes" and would be letting the boss, *****, know. Needless to say, this company does not provide taxi service or customer service.
