    Save yourself the headache and do not use this business. Overall work is adequate but working with this business is a nightmare, everything will be your fault and they will treat you without respect or kindness. We did two full bathroom remodels and opened a new hallway on our second floor. They damaged several other areas of our home, left doors open after leaving the site, nickle and dimed us at every turn, had poor communication throughout the process. Anytime we had a question or concern they would blow it out of proportion, blame us, try to charge more, or just blow us off completely.
    Timelines are vague and contracts/invoices are not brought in time prior to starting work, invoices are vague and include a lot to be "determined later". When trying to discuss compensation for damage to other areas of the home we were threatened with multiple lawsuits and liens prior to open discussion on the issue.
    This was our first contractor experience and we unfortunately had to learn a lot the hard way. They seem nice at first, but be very skeptical before letting them work on your project.

    I hired L&M Professional Hands remodel a condo that I was renting and got trashed by tenants. Marco was very quick in responding and starting project getting it cleaned and ready for sale date I had planned. He was very professional and left condo super ready for new owners to move in after all I had been through with tenants he gave me peace and had condo ready for sale. I was able to get multiple offers and got it sold very quickly thanks to the details of flooring, kitchen cabinets appliances and paint Marco chose for the condo. I highly recommend him for any project.

    After promising to remodel my master bathroom in 7-10 days, it actually took 3 months and leaks in my basement ceiling ,they left. the grout is all cracked, rust dripping down the walls and my shower doors are falling apart and crooked. Every time we use the shower, we have to wipe the floor from them leaking. They agreed to come back and fix the problems for another $4000.00. Awful Awful company. Would definitly not recommend to anyone.
