"I went and look at his property on town rd I view it i wanted the place he had me meet him there he ask me questions what I didn’t want in the place I ask him he remove the carpet he agreed I gave him a partial deposit and he gave me a written document that it was mine I informed my previous manager I was moving and submitted a 30 day notice two days later he had me informed that he rented to someone else for higher rent this man deceived me and know I’m left without no home yes he is a manipulator for sure bad business He’s all about the mighty dollar and taking advantage of people to be a 74 year old man and a landlord"
