    This company is now or also called "Liveeasy" concierge service ?? They work with several realty companies, mine being ****** ***** in Toledo-OH. I already had an install for an *** Security System through "SafeStreets" but the rep, ****, through Liveeasy stated that they could offer me more equipment for less money and suggested that I cancel my scheduled install, wait 30 days, and then agree to a brand new contract that they offered me for *** services. So, I took his advice. After the 30 days they set me up with a new install, stated that my $99 installation fee will be reimbursed afterwards. My monthly charge is lower by a few dollars but I am receiving the same amount of equipment was initially offered. I scheduled with SafeStreets twice and both time they claimed a technician was out sick and they had to reschedule for today. We will see if they show up. Called Moveeasy (Ez)/ Liveeasy (EZ) concierge rep **** several times and could not get a callback. Was told by the schedulers that he was either out of the office or in a meeting. Called asked for a supervisor and was told THEY are all in a meeting ?? ?? Finally **** calls back and states he just got into work...I said, I was told you were in a meeting for another hour! He didn't know why I was told that. He stated it's unfortunate that both installers were sick but what more do I want?? It's rescheduled for today??? I asked for his Supervisor Z. to call me. Again, he asked what for??...like what more do you want?? It’s not our fault that you were rescheduled. I mean people get sick!!!! Once the Supervisor, Z, called I explained the scenario and experience with my service not being installed and he apologized and offered to mail me a $50 gift certificate. He also stated that he contacted SafeStreets to ensure that my installation will take place today April 30th between 4p and 8p. If not, he gave his direct line for follow up.

    Disappointing! ***** ****** stood me up for my 1130 appointment. He was apparently having technical difficulties, but why didn't he have someone else call me. Nearly 45 minutes later I finally did get a call from ****. He was very competent and helpful; however, I was extremely disappointed that after confirming the appointment multiple times, why someone else couldn't have called at the appointment time to explain that my POC was having technical issues. The concierge service was helpful,

    I bought a house in August and was offered this service. At first I was impressed, but quickly grew annoyed after they started bombarding me with offers that I had already declined. I was explicit about what I was NOT interested in, but they continued to refer me to other service companies, who flooded my email. By far the most egregious thing they did was to open a Spectrum internet account - WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Since then, I have been hounded by Spectrum, who thinks I opened this account. They keep asking me for my account number and my security PIN, but the support reps are too clueless to get that I don't have those because I did not open the account. The worst part is that Spectrum started billing me, and now says I owe them over $200. I have filed a complaint against Spectrum, however I want unsuspecting consumers to know that Move EZ, Inc. appears to be only interested in pushing unwanted services to vulnerable homeowners, even if it means contradicting your expressed demands. You would be better off just downloading a new home checklist from the web and telling your realtor to dump Move EZ, Inc.

    Hi ****, I am extremely sorry that you had to have this experience. This is not representative of how we do business. We value customers' choices and do not do anything without their explicit permission. I will personally look into this issue as to how it happened. In the meantime, someone from our customer service team will also reach out to you to make sure this issue is resolved satisfactorily on your end. Rest assured, we will make sure that you don't have to pay anything out of pocket for this matter. Can you also please let the customer service rep know what email offers you received? We value our client's privacy and do not share our client's details with any third party companies and for that reason, we complete all services in-house so that clients don't get bombarded with emails from companies. However, you have clearly experienced something otherwise and we would love to investigate and understand why this may have happened. Once again, I apologize for your inconvenience.
