Absolutely horrible to deal with. From the other reviews it sounds like they hire the same kind of nasty people to run their properties. Pataskala Village Square is a joke. And the man that I spoke to here sounds the same. They keep raising the rent and do absolutely nothing.

Horrible company that does not care about the people that live in these apartments. Deerfield apartment in Mt. Orab, Ohio has been under the emotional abuse and harassment of the manager for 5 years. This manager has been in physical fights with residents. You can view her mug shot on Google reveiws under Deerfield apartments. Showe managment is well aware of her so they decided to move her to another complex in Columbus. Maybe this could have something to do with her husband having a restraining order against him for stalking and harassment of a resident. Funny how once they moved out everyone in the complex recieved a letter stating they had over payed rent by $30, yes, everyone received the same letter with the same amount, fishy if you ask me. Showe management needs to step up, which will probably never happen because ya know it's all about the money. Maybe someone that can really look into this will see this review,

It would be better to give no stars on Showe Management Corp as they are some of the biggest slum lords I have seen.
I know many tenants that live in the Marysville Green Apartments that have been wrongly charged for things that are solely the apartment complexes responsibilities. Maintenance does not fix anything. If they do the tenants are charged for things that were broken or damaged before they moved in. If a maintenance order is put in you are lucky if they come fix it.
      - The landlord lives in a three bedroom apartment which should technically only be a one bedroom
as it is just her and her two small dogs.
      - I know many of these apartments need the following fixed or replaced, again apartment
      complexes responsibility:
      - new carpet
      - new dishwashers as most don't work and have molding water sitting in them
      - new appliances
      - new front and back doors
      - new weather seals on said front and back doors
      - more secure locks on front and back doors. as many people (drug addicts, who live their) try to
      break in
      - new pipes for kitchen sinks
      - new bath tubs
      - new bathroom vanity sinks, and pipes
      - new pipes for bath tubs as most have leaks in them causing damage to the ceiling and walls
      - new A/C units (as wasps or hornets will nest in them, and enter into the apartment that way),
making this dangerous if you are a small child or allergic
      - floor board heaters removed (as these are a known fire hazard), new heating system put in that is
      safer
      -
Things the Landlord should be doing as you are never off the clock as a landlord!
      - funds reimbursed to tenants for being wrongly charged for routine maintenance upkeep
      - enforce a more secure and safe environment for tenants
      - enforcement against drug activity
      - enforce no littering (if tenants are found littering they will be fined)
      - keep better track of what tenants are allowing people to live with them when they shouldn't be
      living in the apartment
      - enforce noise ordinance

They don't receive a star. Property manager not on site manages from 9.5 miles away from Harris House. Office manager looks at you like your stupid and then they will just want to put complaint in a file. They ignore any way. When they get get a response they tell how wrong you are and just deal with it. Then one of the favori tes he is not an employee but has codes to alarms. Then a person in a wheelchair has to have a aid lives there if there was a fire she couldn't move. She had a accident I help her out. Now she she wants to play boy friend I have no interest. After pushing me I lost my temper. Now I'm being ask to leave or be advicted. People have no respect for management in the office. My house is clean and I'm being ask to leave I help any one. This is a sad moment when a vet is treated this way. She done done this before and said I ll win.
