"They said that there was multiple other incidents in 12 years that Ive lived there well because of my disability, I get rent assistance and I have caseworkers. There is no record of any other Incident in the 12 years I lived at ******* I have caseworkers they have no record of any other incidents except this one were Casto Apartment manager and regional manager violated the lease by not taking care of the issue The regional manager even said what I am hearing was normal apartment noises." ... "Used to rent from Casto lived at one of their apartment, communities for 11+ years with no problems at all until last year I had one problem with one neighbor above me she smoked pot, played music all night, long banging on the floor they moved her to another apartment.
