  Waterline Repair was requested at my home along with running a line from the house gutter to the curb. I was told after the work was completed and the ground settled from digging, the company would return to clean up the yard waste, level out the yard and seed the yard. I have called the company over the last three months in an attempt to have my yard repaired only to be told they will give message and have a return call. I haven't heard from them since. My yard since Oct has curb line missing exposing water shut off valve. The side of house has lost grass due to digging. I continuously reach out only to speak to secretary who repeatedly tells me someone will call me back. I need my yard filled and seeded as stated when I signed the agreement for the work to be done. As of today, I still haven't received a call back

  Evolved Plumbing was at my house to fix a clogged garbage disposal. They snaked the line and removed the clog however the next day we noticed significant leaking. When they came back to look at the leak the technician first said it was not possible to poke holes in galvanized pipes. He then spoke to his supervisor and said he had poked a hole but that happens with old pipes and the company wasn't responsible. They quoted me almost $700 to fix the hole they had created. I understand that old, galvanized pipes are more fragile, but the technician should have 1) known this was an issue 2) tried other methods to fix the clog that would not have caused holes in the pipes and 3) warned us that this could be a problem. I spoke with a supervisor to request some kind of discount- since they caused the problem- but he insisted they weren't responsible. I'm currently looking for a new plumber to fix the problem Evolved Plumbing caused.

  as I explained on the call, we can not be responsible for old pipes failing. there was not other method to clog the pipes cabling is the only way to unclog those pipes. I due agree the technician should have made you aware that the old pipes could fail but we are not responsible for that. and when you called you did not ask for a discount, you said you shouldn't have to pay for anything for the repair. I would have been more than willing to work with you on a discount but that is not what you stated on the phone.

  They just finished a major waterline replacement, and they went over and above getting the job done. I have learned that with everything going on in the world, we all need to be a little more patient and also understand that the cost of everything has gone up. Thanks to all the employees at evolved who help me get my water back on! So nice to be able to wash my hands!
