Poor customer service. When I complained about a wrong order I was called a liar by management at Grandview ohio location. They refused to remake my order. I even had a receipt that showed the correct order but it was still wrong. Do not go to this location. They will never get any more of my business*

This was an order from the downtown location Main & Grant. After reading the reviews I see that this is the same no matter what Donatos you order from. I ordered a pizza light sauce well done it looked like they had extra sauce on it and it was barely cooked it seemed. Instead of the toppings being spread out they were just thrown on there. It should have only taken 45 minutes to get this and it took double that time and it was cold. If I knew it was going to take over 1.5 hours I would have picked it up. I can see the Donatos from my apartment Window it should have never taken that long. I called the location to complain about how disgusting this was someone put me on hold and never came back.Donatos Pizza

My last few ordering and delivery experience has been horrible. It is delivered 45 minutes to and hour late. Which then of course the food is not hot. The manager is no help, no apology, no credit, all she said was we have 1 delivery driver. Ok reach out to customers let them know, or I seen where Doordash is partnered with them. Visited the Hilliard, Ohio North Donatos on Main Street. Noon on a Saturday. I was the only dining room customer and had to wait for service. Finally ordered my pizza and went to find a table, was horrified at the dining room. I've been eating at this location for more than 25 years and don't ever remember it being just flat dirty before. There was not a single table without crumbs, grease smears and handprints. The area next to the soda machine had a big, dried puddle of cola and crumbs, lids etc. weren't filled. Big puddle of water on the floor, and OK, leaks happen, but no effort to mop it up, either. Trash...napkins, straws, straw wrappers and other debris...on the floor in every area. I wouldn't even like to guess how long it had been since the floor had been swept, let alone mopped. This didn't happen between opening and noon in an empty restaurant. They were lucky I wasn't with the health department. It will be a long time before I try that location again.Donatos Pizza

Donatos on Winton Road in Cincinnati is a sorry excuse for a restaurant, they double charged us and when we returned with the bank statement, they refused to refund and the sorry excuse for a manager said She didnt care if we ever ate there again, just pitiful ******* *******Donatos Pizza

I ordered a pizza a certain way and it was not what I ordered and I payed extra for it and I always give a 5 dollar tip when it arrives faithfully called and complained about it the guy that answered the phone said he would put a 25.00 dollar credit under my phone number I called a week later and I was not in the system for a credit I still got the email of what I ordered a picture of what I got with the date and time stamp in it as well as the time I called and complained on my phone the guy did not put me in the system for a credit the pizza they sent barely had any of the toppings on plus the extra topping I payed for I spoke with the manager she said she could not help me for the inconvenience I will never order a Donatos pizza ever again and will report it to the BBB Brice rd Donatos Reynoldsburgh Ohio the biggest thing is I would not lie about something as petty as this but you reap what you sole I can go anywhere and get much better service for pizza will not be DonatosDonatos Pizza

Usually order every other week. The last 3 times my order has been incorrect. Complained to the store the first 2 times. Today I called the customer service number and was told to call the store. When I told them I called the store the last 2 times. I was then told they could not help because they didn’t have anything to do with that franchise. Hung up saying I would not be calling Donatos anymore. The store is located in Speedway IndianaDonatos Pizza

I ordered over $41 worth of food. A large serious meat pizza and a ham and cheese sub. Placed the order at 230pm and didn't receive it until 5pm! Tried calling the store several times no answer. Food arrived cold and tasted like the box it came in. I will not be eating there again and I will communicate this with my co workers, friends, and family. I'm tired of hearing all the ***** excuses. I worked all through the pandemic and if donatos pizza is this mismanaged then, they won't be in business long as the other pizza establishments in my area are able to get my pizza to me in a timely manner!Donatos Pizza

Food great. Website a disaster. Last 2 times I tried to use it could not complete task. Buttons lost brightness and could not send order. Phone call message had nerve to say that instead of waiting for someone to answer, for faster service go online! 30 minutes with no results is not faster. Staff at restaurant confirmed many complaints about website. Took my order and gave me the online only discount.FIX YOUR AWFUL WEBSITE.Donatos Pizza
