This company was referred to me by a ***** who used them a few years ago to rid his roof ***** of squirrels as well as block the access hole....and was charged between $300-$400. 3 years later I requested a quote for the same issue on a smaller house and was quoted $2,260. There is no way I'm going to pay that kind of money to get rid of a few squirrels and block a couple holes in the roof line above my porch. ********** work quality reputation seems great....but what happened to the pricing? Was I quoted this amount because the technician just didn't want the job? I'm at a loss. On top of this, I was charged $98 for the visit.

Hello ****,I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with our services. It sounds like this transaction was between you and our wildlife division, *******************************. Wildlife and pest control services are different in pricing, as the jobs are very different. By the amount your friend charged ($300-$400), I know he was talking simply about trapping and not trapping and exclusion work. What went into that quote was an estimate for the trapping series and a quote for exclusion work, which by nature can become pricier as that involves the cost of materials to fix things, like the holes in your roof line. By fixing this, you are eliminating the chances that the squirrels will come back and re-nest within your roof again. While exclusion work is not required for us to trap, we cannot guarantee that your squirrels will not return once we remove them without the holes being patched. Had you gone through with the trapping and exclusion work, the $98.00 inspection fee would have been deducted from your final total. I completely understand how frustrating receiving a quote for more than you expected is. I'm sorry we could not help you in this instance. If there is anything we can do to help you in the future, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us.-Director of Customer Experience, ********** Pest **********************, **************.

I appreciate your responsebut you still havent addressed why trapping a few squirrels and closing a hole above my porch about the size of a softball would cost $2,200. If you are serious about wanting to make it right with me, send out someone else to take a look at the situation and provide a reasonable estimate. Thank you.

I give them no stars. My first time ever being sprayed for fall invaders on my townhouse.which consists of 2 outside walls and an upstairs deck for $242.00. First time I called to report seeing boxelders and Stink bugs crawling outside with a few creeping into my home. The person I spoke to blew me off. I called 3 more times in the following 6 weeks and twice I was promised a technician would call and the last time a supervisor would call. There was never any contact and Im continuing to kill or head off boxelders, Asian beetles and Stink bugs.

My home was not sprayed again on October 26th. The date you quote is nearly 2 months from the date my home was 1st treated. I was never contacted by anyone and there is no evidence of any spraying that was done.as evidence of overspray on windows or dead insects outside. At the very least I would have had notice of Pest Control posted. The boxelders and stink bugs along with asian beetles have continued to show up on a daily basis inside my home. I shudder what spring will be like once theyve overwintered in the cracks and siding. Someone in the ******* ** office is trying to cover their tracks since I called there on four occasions concerned about the invasion inside my house beginning in September. My concerns were ignored. I believe a refund is in order.

My kids attend New Creations Childcare in Prior Lake, MN. At arrival today it was bike day and all the kids bikes and helmets were outside. The Plunkett’s pest control people were there spraying pesticides and it was going all over children’s bikes and helmets they were about to play with. Very unprofessional as it would’ve been fairly easy to ask the staff to move children’s things so they didn’t get pesticides all over themselves.

Hello ******,I'm sorry that this experience occurred. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do our best always to apply pesticides in the safest ways possible. We rely on our clients to direct us to the best times to service to keep their businesses and homes pest free in the safest manner possible and have strict rules in place as to where we can spray and cannot spray or place baits, particularly in schools. We have noted this complaint to the technician so they can be more cognizant (in the future) of items like bikes, helmets, etc. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention.-Director of Client Experience, ********** Pest Control **************
