    They restrict their internet usage so if I need to receive messages from my family I cannot

    We had had a confirmed reservation since March for four nights at the Loyalty Inn in Tallahassee. It is now May. When we arrived at 10 pm after flying here from Arizona, we were told that they were full and would not honor our reservation. It was a very irritating and frightening for us. I had to sit in an undesirable parking lot fearing I would be robbed while my eighty year old husband walked around the area trying to find accommodations. Alternate accommodations were difficult to find and expensive since it was graduation weekend. This is the worst experience we have had during travel!
