    Had a horrible experience with this company! ***** is extremely rude and horrible to work with. ************ out to my daughter's house 3 times issues weren't fixed, then all of a sudden she said she could have denied she did us a favor for even sending someone out. Beware if you use this company!!

    Hi ****, we havent had the opportunity to participate on a call with you and you dont appear to have a policy with us. We realized after researching that you are posting on behalf of another homeowner. You are correct with regards to us trying to help with claims that we could have denied based on several factors but our goal is to help homeowners. However, in an effort to try to help rectify problems left by a plumbing contractor that flipped the property incorrectly and used materials no longer in circulation we somehow are to blame. We realize there was no mention above that we offered to provide the homeowner $700.00 to hire a plumber directly as they mentioned they had two of their own out who also didnt correct the issues. We hope the homeowner gets the assistance they need from the plumber of their choice. Additionally, we opted to refund the entire policy to the homeowner who didn't pay for the warranty and isn't technically eligible for a refund but we chose to do so. We wish your daughter success in her homeownership.

We made an effort to help rectify problems left by an inept plumbing contractor that flipped the property and yet somehow are to blame. We see there was no mention that we provided the homeowner $700.00 to hire their own plumber as everyone we have sent to date the homeowner has not been happy with. Additionally, we refunded the entire policy to the homeowner who didn't pay for the warranty and isn't technically eligible for a refund. She informed us when she moved in she was overwhelmed with all the issues the remodeleder left for her to deal with. That must be very frustrating. Hopefully this will help her to her realize that there are still people willing to do the right thing. We wish your daughter success in her homeownership!
