"Ive been having my boat winterized at vance outdoors for around 14y always got good service, but last Dec when I finally got a appointment **** came out said my fuel filter needed changed I said fine then he came out said my fuel was bad , showed me a jar of redish fuel , then he came out and said they couldn't get motor started that they somehow force winterized, then informed me that I needed a high pressure fuel pump he didn't have in stock but in spring he could order for 500.00 !" ... "This review would be 5 stars but the gun range needs some help with there customer service only guy over there that’s working hard & excellent with customers is **** he should be paid more to train them guys on customer servicenow over at the firearms counter i love working with ***** or **** but i highly respect a lot of those guys overBut one person i feel like deserves a lot of recognition is ****** that woman works hard great customer service never heard her complain i hate it when i don’t get to check out with her how is she not a supervisor yet?"
