    I hired ****** ***** on 12.4.22 to help me restore/improve my credit score. My credit score was 500 and it is 517 now. I paid her $750 by Cashapp on the 4th for myself and another $750 for my girlfriend later also by Cashapp. She said she would add tradelines to my credit card. She said I would be piggy banked onto someone else's credit. She said she would do this within a week. 

    I went into her office at **** ********* Ave, Columbus, OH and completed a packet which included: all of my personal information, driver's license and social security card. She gave me a business card, and told me I would get a hundred dollars for referrals. 

    She persuaded me to also have my girlfriend do it. She had me complete the package for her. She printed out a receipt for the second $750. 

    In February, she told my girlfriend that her credit would go up that week. We called back multiple times, and she said she was out of town on an emergency with her mother.

    A relative, who met her at church, recommended Ms. ***** to us. Initially, she was very nice. We began talking to her in May. She said she didn't pay her student loans, and we wouldn't have to pay ours either. We explained in detail that I work for the federal government and cannot default on any loans or credit cards. On 7.19.22, we paid her $750 to have our student loan debt forgiven. We did not receive a receipt. We never saw or signed a contract. The only thing she did was help us file complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. She pretends to be my wife when talks to CFPB.

    We are being harassed by debt collectors because she told us not to make any payments to our creditors. We asked if her plan was to destroy our credit then restore it with her credit restoration business.

    When we contact her by phone or text, she gets defensive and says she can't deal with the pressure, and our questions, and says she doesn't want to work with us. Once we began asking questions, she kept saying "Let me do my job".
