I have an Ulta Credit card this bank runs. Their app has not worked for months, I keep getting late fees because I have to call them. Im unable to check transactions, etc. some how I now owe $200 I have not bought anything in at least two months, the last purchase was under $100. When I make a complaint over the phone they just tell me sometimes well sometimes there are technical difficulties. This is ridiculous, theyre doing this on purpose with their app miraculously not working for months now. I want all late fees dropped and Im canceling my account, will never get a card with this bank again!

Opened four CDs with **************** Its quite easy to open a CD with *************** ONLINE bank. Its quite a challenge to close a CD. Closing a CD at *************** is on the honor system. You have to contact customer service and request to close each CD as it matures. Then I have to continue following up with ******** service because Who knew that closing a CD was on the Honor System?!*************** will not verify by email or text message that I called to close my CD. If I dont keep hounding customer service to close a CD, it will automatically renew. I will NEVER do business with ********** again. Im tired of getting a sales pitch to renew my CD at *************** when I have called numerous times to close my CD. I was also asked what Im going to do with my money once I close my CD and requested that I give them a reason why I want to close my CD.This is too much.

Open a account with comenty ************. Activated card was told by representative. My credit limit was $500. Went to academy sports to use card card now at zero balance. ********** Was told my original balance was $300. There is some fraudulent activity going on.

This bank took over ******* and has been awful. They are impossible to deal with-I have been requesting my account number for almost a year now, and it has not been shared. I enrolled in autopay only to be take off after three months-and informed that I will have to call and re-enroll EVERY three months. Prior to this take over I never missed a payment, now I've had to to order checks just to make payments, because of the unreliability of the electronic system. They have clearly created this system to cause missed payments so they can collect additional fees.

1 star If I could give zero stars, I would.I just closed my Saks card after nearly a decade of loyal spending because of the inexcusable, predatory experience with Comenity BankSaks credit card issuer. For two weeks, I tried to set up my online account but kept getting system error messages caused by Comenitys own broken tech.Despite acknowledging the issue was on their end, they told me Id still be charged $2.99 per month for paper statements unless I could log in and switch it offwhich I literally couldnt. Their solution? Cancel the card.Let that sink in: long-time customer since 2014, high spender, cant use the website because of their glitchand their only fix is to close my account to avoid fees.On top of that, Comenity charges up to 33% APR, which is pure usury. I will not support banks that exploit customers, or luxury retailers like ***************** that align themselves with them. Saks should know better. Greed isnt luxury. This is one of the worst banking experiences Ive ever hadand Ive seen a lot.

I had a Women Within account and ********************** card through Comenity Bank. I returned some items, but they still charged me. They harassed me for payment at all hours of the dayboth morning and evening, and throughout the day, seven days a week. I've sent the final payment, but I'm still receiving calls. I will never do business with this company or credit card provider.

Being a patient at ********* at *** ******** ** ***** ********* ** *****, I needed to take the financing they offered through their office to afford my hearing aids. That company was Comenity Bank/Healthplan. I could not pay the amount off in the promotional period, so I was ready to pay a slightly higher amount to finish my payments. Unknown to me was that 32.99 % was the interest that they charged, so my balance on $1600 with the addition of interest was then $4000!
Please beware of these companies that have this predatory lending practice!

My acct was closed due to store closing and you put it on my credit report as a derogatory report when I still make my payments every month! Comenity closed the account not me.

Why does Caesars Rewards(Comenity bank) take 7 business days to update a credit payment if the money comes out of account the next day, its hard to run my business with credit line not being updated in 48 hours, Going to have to fine a Credit card company (Comenity Bank) that will. Not GOOD for businesses to survive in todays economy. Comenity Bank leadership really need to address this issue ASAP, before alot of business owners bail out away from this bank, DUE TO THIS REASON.

October of 2023 I applied for a promotion with *****. To my understanding this was a 24 month promotion. I never once received a statement from Comenity Bank only a card. I made my payment faithfully every single month making sure the balance was paid before the promotion ended in October of 2025. Check my credit Karma this morning & had a increase balance for $2,200.00. Called customer service and they informed me the promotion ended April of 2024. My balance when from $400.00 to $2,900.54. Never once did anyone inform me when I called every month to pay my bill that the promotion would expire in April of 2025 not October of 2025. My original balance was $7,900.0 when I took out the card. Not a call, letter or email. Feel like this was done on purpose!!! I am not one to not pay my debt and have always paid faithfully. Called and spoke with 3 different customer **** and not one of this would do anything to help. Not one of them would help in anyway!!! I paid the balance in full and closed my account!!! Please, do not use them. Its an a SCAM!!
