  Over the last 3 years I have hired Allan for several major home improvement projects: installing a new roof, replacing windows, and pouring a new sidewalk and patio. From start to finish, Allan demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and dedication to quality. The new roof looks fantastic and has significantly improved the overall appearance and integrity of my home. Allan and his team were meticulous in their work, ensuring that every shingle was perfectly placed and that the job was completed on time. The replacement windows have made a noticeable difference in both energy efficiency and aesthetics. Allan provided great recommendations on the best types of windows for my needs, and the installation was quick and flawless. The new concrete sidewalk and patio are perfect. Allan’s team had great attention to detail in the pour and finish, resulting in a smooth, even surface that has greatly enhanced our outdoor space. Throughout the entire process, Allan was communicative, reliable, and always willing to address any questions or concerns.   I had the pleasure of working with Allan G****** of Gardner & Co. who managed a tenant improvement for a charter school at a property where I was a part owner. The project had a very aggressive schedule – all of the work had to be done during the summer while school was out. Allan worked hard to get this done so that school could start on schedule. Allan is resourceful, knowledgeable, honest, and hard-working. I highly recommend you consider him for your project.

  Very dedicated to the customers and work. Always looking forward to customer satisfaction. They were hard working people with very good management. We decided to convert the basement of the building into student field. They offered the best price, the cost of the project was higher from different companies for the same quality of the work. They finished on time.

  My husband and I have hired Allan for projects and his work is quite impressive. My husband is a veteran and is very hard to please! I strongly recommend his company for your projects too!!

  Cannot say enough good things about Allan and his teams - truly the "impossible to get" triangle of great communication, great value, and high quality, timely work. Allan has done a couple projects for me, and is number one on my list to contact. Most recently(2022) he replaced all windows and metal wrapped the outside in a 100+ year old house, and got them much faster, same quality as a Pella. On a previous project(2021), I had ordered windows on my own, and did not want to wait 8 to 9 months to have them installed. Allan was very flexible and helped me get those windows installed. I have referred him to my closest friends who have wanted additions/seasonal rooms. Truly an honest and high quality company - I would give them the keys to my personal house and head out on vacation!
