"The actual body work done on my car was fine - but the body shop lost my *** keyfob, contracted out a replacement for a key fob that was not *** which performed poorly and then refused to compensate the price difference to the contractor. "When I took my Kia Soul to ******, where I originally bought it, answering a recall on the vehicle to replace the infamous thief-prone steering column mechanism, they discovered that the work Fine Line Auto Body Alum Creek did replacing it was wrong. ****** then charged me $110 to replace the broken steering wheel piece Fine Line shoddily installed and gave me a big key flat key to turn the new ignition, while advising me I had to keep the original key FOB to actually unlock the doors of my car from now on (neither key works for the other function)." ...
