      I worked for **** ***** from 2005 to 2013 . I found the properties and and the upkeep of the properties to be above standard compared to what I have seen at some other properties. I learned so much working with **** and ****** ***** , which set me up for success both in the field and as an entrepreneur. The prices do not increase each time a persons lease is up. The owner is fair and consistent straight across the board up holding all fair housing rules and regulations. I reccommend ***** Property for work and living environment.

      I love it here. I haven't had any issues I have been her for 2 years now. I have no type of issue with the Office staff they do what they can to help me when I had surgery and was late with my rent. When I call, they come out to do my repairs. I found the staff to be nice and respectful.

      This property will shut off your water for an emergency and after everything is resolved keep it off the rest of the day and evening. And blame it on the water department. Not having water makes an apartment inhabitable. They denied being able to fix the issue and didn’t offer a hotel room for the night. Just poor maintenance experiences with them everytime.

      No hiccups for most the time here, tenant for three years, until Tuttle Parke said I needed to upgrade from my one bedroom for exceeding occupancy. They said I’d be breaking the lease if I moved out instead of upgrading and be charged a buy-out of 3 months rent. I went to the corporate office and ***** at the front told me they had no record of any notice of this kind given to me and that it’s not their policy to force upgrades. She then called Lori at Tuttle and changed her tune saying I’d be breaking my lease by not upgrading. They should have given me a notice to vacate — I’ve already made arrangements to be out by the end and of the month — and I shouldn’t be penalized for a rule they made me aware of and decided to enforce AFTER the recent renewal of my lease. They had no grounds to make me leave in the first place and not at my expense when they are requiring it. Not to mention they told me I was exceeding occupancy 3 weeks before my due date, causing a lot of unneeded stress.
