    I picked Primary Home Improvements for foam insulation in my home's existing walls. My preliminary homework on in-wall insulation eliminated fiberglass and cellulose although they were cheaper options. PHI representative Bert was quite thorough in demonstrating foam as the best alternative for my home and its superior technology and performance over fiberglass and cellulose.
    The day of installation, Dan and his installation crew (Matt and John) arrived punctually. After a brief introduction and verification of the specifics of our job, they were able to start quickly. while they were there. And he was right.
    Other than some noise from outer wall drilling and foam injection machine, actual noise distraction of work being done was quite minimal. The crew were courteous and professional. They were methodical in their approach for my 2-story condominium. Dan's crew were also careful to shield operations from my neighbors.
    In the end, Dan was right in his assessment on the length of time he would be here. When finished, they cleaned up my home-site quite nicely where one almost missed that they were there in the first place.

    I had my attic insulated last month and my living room ceiling was damaged. I was told they have this guy that is very good and he would give me a call to schedule to come out to repair it. An appointment was made for 8.5.23 and 8.6.23. I received a call on 8.4.23 from the guy who was suppose to fix my ceiling and was told he had a family activity to go to and would come out Sunday. Of course, he never showed. Do not send people that are unreilable and it feels like the run around. People was nice but more than nice is having someone reliable to do repairs when damage is done. Very unhappy and will be filing a complaint if they do not repair the damages.

    Repair was done on my ceiling; however, I can clearly see where the work was done and I now have to pay someone to correct it. Very unhappy consumer.
