    Service recommended to solve a tree issue was obviously incorrect. Examination of tree in questioned showed perhaps a insect issue. I mentioned the tree looked dead but was assured I was looking at an insect issue. It was suggested a multi stage chemical treatment should take care of the issue. Payment of service 2,600.00 to be agreed payment up front (I paid in four payments). Service was performed 9/16/23. Follow up to be done in the spring. After repeated calls in the spring I wanted the follow up performed due to the tree appearing to be dead. The condition of the tree looked the same as the quote for service so I feel it was dead than but was assured it was just needing service. When i finally got follow up in May I was told the tree was dead and needed to be removed. I feel that initial charge for treatment should be credited toward his estimate of around $8,000 for removal but was told there was no guarantee the treatment would work. My advise buyer beware if it looks dead it is and its just a money grab. Don't pay total up front if there information is correct they shouldn't mind

    Greg and his team did an amazing job for us! We had him out in April 2023, we have (7) 10 year old blue spruce and (3) 26 year old trees that were diseased and or dying, I thought we would have a VERY expensive removal and the cost to plant new trees. Greg did injection fertilization on all of them and one year later, all the trees have rebounded!!!! He has over 65 years of experience and knowledge, he gave me some great tips on watering the trees with slow soaker hoses during the hot summer months to help rejuvenate them and not waste water! I'm thrilled with our results and the thousands of dollars we saved!!!! We had several quotes and I'm so glad we used Greg!
