    I would give ten stars if that was available!
    Antonio and his crew completed the work going above and beyond. The street view of my home looks like new. My skylights are sealed and the roof received care. I appreciate their superior workmanship and dedication to their craft.

    ARC Home Improvements matched the price that I had received from a roofer that I had used in the past and was using quality materials; so I decided to choose them for my roofing project. George *****, the owner, explained every little detail in the roofing process and was very professional, patient and accommodating. On the day of my project George was always ever-present and available for any questions or concerns that I might have had. He kept me informed of the progress and showed me pictures of what his crew had done. When they left, it was just like they had never been there...clean as a whistle!!! I would highly recommend ARC Home Improvements for whatever home project you might have. They may be doing some carpentry work for me in the near future.

    I would recommend George ***** owner of ARC ROOFING to anyone who enjoys Excellence in Workmanship. I have found George Davis Owner of ARC ROOFING to be honest, excellent with communication, explains with detail the entire process including the financial process. His workers mirror with excellence in the timeliness and cleanliness the job was completed. The use of pictures to display the damage were most helpful!

    We own several rental properties in the Cleveland area and trust George with all of our roofing needs! He has replaced asphalt shingle roofs for us, repaired slate and asphalt shingle roofs, installed or closed up roof vents or skylights as needed, and repaired/installed new downspouts and gutters on several properties. Every project has gone very smoothly. He is very knowledgeable on roofing needs and very easy to work with. He’s very responsive and always gets to our properties within the week, if not within the day, we call. He will send/show you photos from the roof to review what needs to be done and then present you with an upfront price. No complaints!

    Just the best experience from the first phone call to the clean up and the price was fair. The Roofing crew was so fast and efficient and courteous.     I highly recommend ARC. Donny came to look at my roof for the estimate. He took pictures of the roof when he was assessing the project. He explained everything in laymen’s terms and answered all of my questions. After much consideration I called and signed the contract to have the job done. They came on the day of the appointment, I was so impressed since it was the day after a horrible storm hit northeast Ohio. I had a small roof, but the crew showed up as planned and did an incredible job, pictures were also taken of the finished roof.
