Customer service was great! The memorial looks wonderful and the delivery team did a great job setting everything for us! Mike and Kody were very nice, careful and polite.

Customer service from a Memorial Specialist at Milano Monuments was exceptional. However, due to unexpected family issues their services were no longer needed. Instead of initially being understanding, Milano Monuments was going to keep the entire $941.69 deposit for doing nothing! Eventually they decided to refund $741.69 and hold $200.00 as a “credit” for a future headstone. The kicker is that the “credit” is only good for ONE year from the date of the refund! So does this mean that I or a member of my family “needs to die” to use the credit?!! A credit limitation of ONE year is reprehensible considering what must happen to use the credit. At a minimum, a limit of five (5) years may be more appropriate considering.Milano Monuments

We did sincerely appreciate the very kind letter you wrote to our team! The credit was to any of our stone products which are more than just headstone memorials.
