  Purchased the bed in 2018 and there is major sag where we sleep. you contact customer care, and they say if there is not 1 inch sag with no weight then there is no warranty claim. I said that due to the foam pushing up there will never be a sag. But you feel like your in a hole. There is a definite hill in the middle. The response was " We do not guarantee personal preference sleeping comfort". Wow how do you respond to that. With that kind of attitude might as well make the warranty lifetime because their not going to honor it.

  Bed looks like a body is still on it when nobody is on the bed. I have sent 20+ pictures and videos as well. Multiple phone calls. They keep wanting more and more when you have done everything. They even try to tell you to take the measurement card out of the indent, so then it doesn’t register how much of the indent in the bed sags. I have started to relieve bad messages on Facebook to people are saying they want one and showing them all the messages that big big try to screw you over with don’t go with this company things do break down they will not help you get a new bed they do not care about you. They only care about your money. They are another company that’s crap and will just do whatever does to take your money.

  Tell Return Policy is misleading and ridiculous. I ordered a spilt king mattress. The frames slide and when push against each other rub and catch. I contacted the seller and ask them to return it. Their wonderful response was that you can't return it. I can understand restocking and shipping, but you only stand behind your mattress because the rest of your product is cheap junk. This company is misleading and horrible. Do not order

  The big fig warrenty is a joke - Ours is 4 years old and it feels like you are sleeping in a hole. I weigh 210lbs & my wife half of that. Their warrenty is that if the bed sags less than 1" with no weight on it , thew bed is fine . That is like saying if your new car looks good sitting in the dreiveway ,its fine , Regardless of that fact it wont start or run. The springs have clearly got weak on our bed but the memory foam and padding gets them off the hook. If you want a bed that looks flat and saupportive with NO weight on it then Big Fig is for you, mhowever if you want a bed that is supportive when you add your weight on top of it , then keep looking - their warrenty is worthles- Do not buy a bed from this company as they are greedy and do not stand behind their product - there is no way this bed can support the weight they claim for even 4 years . We completly wasted our money buying a big fig mattress - do your sewlf a favor and don't waste your money on a big Fig mattress
