    From the initial inquiry at the **** * ****** show to the install, we were very pleased with the professionalism. It is a pleasure to do business with a company that doesn't use all the high pressure tactics. Rick wanted to get to know us and spent the time to make sure we were going to be happy with our choice for a price within our budget. He even came back with a box of fullsized samples for us to use for several days to make sure we would be happy. He also didn't mind the extra calls and texts with additional questions. They also were able to kindly push our install date ahead by a day so that we could deal with a funeral. The installers were hardworking, polite, professional, very meticulous to make the floor beautiful, and the area extremely clean when they left. We are more than happy to recommend them to our family and friends! With their business priorities focused on their customers, they will succeed and be around for many years.

    This review is to thank you all so very much for the excellent service and professional treatment I received when purchasing my new carpet. It was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced from a company. This was my first carpet purchase. I have a hectic work schedule and you guys worked with me every step of the way. Dave is extremely knowledgeable with their products and his recommendations helped me narrow down the perfect match for my needs including installing trim. Highly recommend upgrading the padding underneath. Totally worth it! The installers were the nicest people and did an amazing job. My house feels like a home again. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

    I cannot recommend this company enough! Dave and Ali were amazing to work with! From the moment they came to start showing us options and taking measurements all the way through the final walkthrough they were amazing! They paid attention to the small details, worked with our schedules, and kept in communication every step of the way. We finally replaced the flooring on our main level, kitchen, hallways, and stairs. It gave our house new life.
