It was easy to arrange for a dumpster of the right size. The prices seemed reasonable. The driver did a good job placing it in a tight driveway. We filled it in one day and they came for it two days later.Review fromW. W.

This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from your company.
I placed an order on April 24 and requested the dumpster to be removed on April 29. On that day, I received an email confirming it would be removed the same day. However, the dumpster was not removed as promised.
I contacted customer service and was told it would be picked up within two days. It has now been four days, and the dumpster is still on site. This delay has seriously affected my project schedule.

I wish I could give them more than five stars! They made this experience so easy. I would never look elsewhere if I needed to rent a dumpster again. This is the only place I will ever go. I paid the amount stated, $383, back in Oct 2024. Roughly 3+ months later, I received an additional bill for "an overweight charge." I used this dumpster for roofing shingles of only HALF my roof (home is only 850 sq ft). The dumpster was less than 20 percent full, respectively. My roofer even felt I didn't need a dumpster! I abided by ALL their requirements, 100 fold.
When the company crew came to pickup the dumpster, the crew commented that the dumpster didn't have much garbage in the bin!
They are a complete SCAM and a FRAUD !!!! Do not use this company. They need to be investigated!Budget Dumpster LLC
