      A man by the name of Craig came to my home on April 12, 2024 from Coit Cleaning and Restoration Services to review a ceiling leak. He told me to contact my insurance company and I did. In response to my text confirming the fact that I contacted the insurance company, Craig responded by text and stated that he would “get the ball rolling”. Craig or no other agent from this company contacted me. I sent a follow-up text Message to Craig and it was ignored. I would have preferred a professional courtesy informing me that the company is not interested in moving forward, rather than be treated in such a dismissive fashion. I’m not interested in doing future business with Coit. I’m urging other potential customers to bypass this company. Also this company does not deserve an A+ rating.

      Dear Ms. *****: After further research of this situation and which we have communicated this to you, Coit cannot move forward with the Restoration of your home until your Insurance Company responds to us and approves the claim. We have left them numerous messages. We suggest you contact them directly to expedite the process/approval. We hope to work with you regarding your restoration issue in the future.
