    I signed up for on-line courses from the institution. I quickly became apparent the course was overwhelming. I told the counselor I chose to drop the class and retake it later next year. The counselor told me the the total sum was due and payable if I did. I paid them the total due on 5-3-23 . This was followed by harassing letters from them saying that I owed the total due months later. I wrote them back saying that I'd already paid the balance and am rescheduling the course to next year. This did no good as they started demanding more payment for continuing classes. They have amply demonstrated to me by their performance that the ciriculum contents of their courses are outdated, ineffective, and erroneous in aspects of accounting , record keeping, and communications as they cannot prosecute any of those skills. So bad is it that they have to resort to extortion for services not requested. So I am requesting a full refund of all my payments on the grounds that they try to sell me a defective product. If they refuse to do so, I will consult my lawyer to retrieve my funds.
