    On July 26th I ordered a wine rack, which I had to have no later than 10th of August, my salesman Luis R******** told me that I will have it by then if not sooner. On August first I called to make sure the item was on schedule, Luis said he will find out and call me the same day (you guessed it) no call! I had scheduled the installation of my kitchen new kitchen cabinets and appliances for the 10th of August. I called every day twice to make sure the rack would be on time, every time they lied to me. The rack was sent to me by August 16th, it was a six feet tall rack, my order was 7 feet tall, tony the manager offered to send me a one foot extension for me to build on top of the 6 foot rack. At that time I had enough. This company cost me at least $2000 in workers sitting around and waiting. BTW, They say it is made in America is also a scam, the rack I received was made in Mexico!

    Thank you for the feedback. Im sorry to hear that you had to wait longer than expected for your wine rack. Our goal is to always have customers receive their product as quickly as possible and in a reasonable timeline. The requested date was not possible as per our discussion and an order was placed with that understanding. That is why when the rack was close to shipping, we were calling you daily (as per your request) with updates on when the rack would be able to ship so you would know the exact ship date.
