      We chose LEI to replace a portion of our windows and a sliding glass door. They all look great and were installed professionally by Travis (will be requesting him for next wave of windows). A++

      This company has top notch installers. Great salesman. And customer service was as good as it gets. I ordered 4 more windows from them after the install of my doors and upstairs windows

      We had a warranty issue with one of our windows that LEI installed in 2015. Darlene at LEI has been the best person that I have worked with in a very long time. Hopefully they keep her forever. We had an issue with the original documents that I have and she went above and beyond in helping me get our paperwork figured out. Thank you LEI and DARLENE !!!!

      We love our new windows and patio door! Wow, what a temperature change almost immediately! The sales rep was very knowledgeable. We got weekly updates on the status of our window production. The two installers were amazing! Other than the new windows, you would never know they were there!

      They replaced our windows 5 years ago, and we couldn’t be happier. Their latest front door and sidelight replacement was everything we were looking for. Installation was fast and their crews are always top notch.

      We had all of our windows replaced (25) back in the June. I waited to review the company because I wanted to see how the windows would perform once the weather got colder. I honestly could not be happier with our new windows. A few of my personal favorites about the process of getting our new windows was the Installation (Travis) was amazing. He was on time, communicated with us, interacted with our children and animals, worked late to get the job done in a timely fashion. You could tell he took pride in his work. He even pointed out a small imperfection in the glass in our master bath window that I didn't even notice and I'm sure we wouldn't have either, but he immediately called it in for a replacement. The replacement came within 4 weeks, and they were quick to get it swapped out. The end result was beautiful windows that work! When the summer heat faded, we were able to open our windows with peace of mind in our children's bedrooms by opening up the top and keeping the bottom closed. As we are now in December, we have yet to turn our heat on because the heat that we get from our small fireplace stays in the house instead of leaking out through our old windows. We are saving money by not dumping it into refilling our propane tank. I will definitely be using LEI for future remodeling projects and recommending them to our friends.

      We had our doors and window replaced by LEI Home Enhancements of Cincinnati and couldn’t be happier with the product and the service. We didn’t realize how bad our windows were until the new ones went in. Not only did they help with the beauty of our home but we could really see a difference in our heating and cooling cost. If you have a lot of windows you can even divide the project into two smaller projects with half now and half next year, like we did! LEI will work with you to ensure your needs are met. We used to be able to feel heat as we walked by the front door and this new door has solved that issue for sure. The new doors and solid, quiet, and unbelievably beautiful. The built in blinds in the back doors are so nice too for keeping the sun out when we want to. If you are considering replacing your windows or doors rest assured they will exceed your expectations through the whole process! We highly recommend you start with LEI! ***** **

      Good Morning,May of 2021 we had our 7 windows replaced by LEI. We were very pleased with the installation and the look of the windows.It wasn't until we lost electric the week of June 13th 2022 that we realized how wonderful the new windows actually were.After 48+ hours our house never got and hotter than 81 degrees and the humidity lever stayed pretty decent. Our next-door neighbor came over on Wednesday and was amazed how cool the house still was and said his house was 90 degrees.We are very pleased with our results! **** *** ****
