      Horrible Customer service. Will nickle and dime you every single time you have an issue. I don’t believe I should have to pay $130 for a technician to visit my home for an estimate on repairing their product when I will be paying for the repair. Do not use this company.

      CHAMPION WINDOWS… avoid like the plaque! So some people feel you need the whole story to fairly judge so here it goes… About 20-22 yrs ago we had a large picture window installed. From day one it fogged up and you could feel a breeze around the edges. We called several times and their customer service rep insisted that that’s the nature of a large window like this. There is nothing wrong. If we forced them to come out to prove this… there would be a fee. I have since learned from the company that we called again in 2011 over this (I had forgotten) and I was told the problem we had was not covered by warranty. Last year we had our windows professionally cleaned and she showed me how to tell the seal was broken… this was a covered item however a trip charge was involved. (119.00) It took NINE months to get a replacement as the first two windows were broken and my order was always placed at the back of the line to remake. So after over 20 yrs of higher electric bills and a company that has no problem talking down to their customers… they insisted that I must pay the 119.00 or they’ll take the window out. Absolutely no consideration given for the fact that this window was installed wrong to begin with. Did I fail to mention they didn’t caulk the window? There was nothing holding it in place except the trim as witnessed when the trim was removed and the window fell out (fortunately they caught it as they had to reinstall the original one when 2nd window broke on install because it wasn’t made square. This company is all about high pressure sales and then will try to bully you if you attempt to file a warranty claim.

      Avoid this company if customer service is important to you. I had 2 Champion windows that had leaked gas and was covered by lifetime warranty. On Oct. 30, 2024 I sent them the information they needed to order. They said it would take 3 TO 4 MONTHS to receive them. After five months of no word from them I contacted them they said they had just received one window but had not contacted me. The second window had not been ordered which resulted in another six week delay. When that window came in they contacted me to set up an install and I asked if they would waive the $119 trip fee since they had taken 6 months to ***lace the windows and the *** told me they would not do that. Windows are scheduled to be installed 7 MONTHS after I submitted the claim. Im so sorry I ever got Champion windows. Look at other companies before ever considering this company.

      Window immediately cracked on the first cold night and I cant get in touch with anyone at champion for the warranty service. What a waste of money

      Contacted Champion 6 weeks ago for service, seal has broken and patio screen door wheels had rusted and not working properly and i paid $160 for trip fee. . Service tech came out today 5-8-25 and took measurements and pictures of windows and work order had repair screen on patio screens. Not wheels. He left without telling he would be back, etc. After 2 calls to service center I was told that he took measurements and it would take 7-10 weeks for glass to come in. He would see if rollers were available, not sure if he would come back to replace those without glass. Latch on one patio door was supposed to have been repaired on a service run in 2019, didn't work and hasn't worked since.

      BUYER BEWARE!! We wrote a contract with Champion Windows on 04/07/25 & paid a deposit. On 04/11/25 the Salesperson came to our door, unannounced, and told us he made a mistake. They were unable to do our windows for the contract price - it would cost an additional $2000.They returned our deposit. After much discussion with **************** (*****) & unreturned promised phone calls from Management (******* ************** ******), no favorable compromise was offered.Instead, the Salesperson again showed up at our front door unannounced 0n 04/18/25. He caught my unsuspecting husband by surprise & asked him to sign a "Notice to Cancel". The Notice to Cancel was only valid thru midnight of 04/10/25.Needless to say, I do not recommend this company due to their unethical practices. I realize people make mistakes, but as a company you should honor your contracts and support your sales people. A good alternative is ****** Windows.

      PLACED ORDER END OF MAY 2024, WITH A *** THAT CAME TO HOUSE PROMISING AMAZING SERVICE, TIMELY INSTALLATION....CHECKED ALL THE ********* FULL YEAR LATER, WE ARE INCOMPLETE. ONE SPECIFIC WINDOW REMAINS UNDONE....AS OF TODAY, IT IS HAVING TO BE REORDERED FOR ABOUT THE 4TH TIME TO TRY TO GET IT CORRECT. TO DO SO, THEY NOW TELL US WE WILL HAVE TO REDO THE TWO WINDOWS BELOW IT. THEY HAVE A MIDDLE MAN WITH THE INSTALLATION CREW HANDLE THIS WHEN WE HAVE ***EATEDLY TRIED TO GET SOMEONE WITH THE ACTUAL COMPANY RETURN OUR CALLS/EMAILS....NOTHING. THEY HAVE THE FULL PAYMENT, YET OUR HOUSE REMAINS UNFINISHED, LOOKING ODD WITH THE OTHERS COMPLETE. THERE WAS AN INSTALLATION ISSUE WITH ANOTHER WINDOW. WHEN FINALLY ARRIVED, HALF WAS OBSCURED GLASS/HALF CLEAR. IN ADDITION, THE FRAME OF SAID WINDOW BROKE WHEN I OPENED IT.STILL WAITING FOR THAT TO BE CORRECTED AS WELL.OTHER ISSUES ABOUND WITH THIS ORDER AS WELL...SCREENS WERE INCORRECT SIZE UPON INITIAL DELIVERY, HINDERING US FROM BEING ABLE TO ENJOY FRESH AIR WITH OPEN WINDOWS. ONE WOULD THINK CUSTOM ORDER BY MEASUREMENTS WOULDN'T GIVE YOU SCREENS ENTIRELY TOO SMALL. YET...THERE WE WERE DISAPPOINTED AGAIN.EVERY CHANCE I HAVE, I WILL PASS ALONG WORD OF OUR EXPERIENCE AND DISCOURAGE OTHERS FROM GOING THRU THE SAME WITH THIS COMPANY.ONLY SELECTING ONE STAR AS A RATING DUE TO NEGATIVES NOT BEING AN OPTION.******....REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER IN **********.....THIS IS YOUR INVITATION TO REACH OUT TO ** AND BE A MANAGER.

      We placed an order for new windows in July 2024, with measurements conducted in August. The installation was originally scheduled for November, but due to incorrect measurements, it had to be postponed. The windows were reordered in November, and installation was completed in December.
      Following the installation, we encountered issues with several screens that required repairs. Despite specifically requesting a high-quality installation, the workmanship fell short of expectations. The installers left a mess, and the overall experience did not reflect the level of professionalism we anticipated.
      Now that spring has arrived, we opened our windows for the first time and discovered a crack that was not present when we initially requested screen repairs. Attempting to reach customer service has been extremely difficult, as responses seem prompt only for new customers. Given the substantial investment we made, we expected better service and attention.
      Additionally, Champion Windows receives payment from the financing company prior to installation—something that, in hindsight, should have been a red flag. This experience has led us to seek a different provider for the remainder of our window project, and we do not plan to do further business with Champion Windows.

      Buyer beware!!
      The only part of our experience that has gone smoothly was the sales pitch…
      My wife and I purchased windows from Champion around Black Friday 2024.
      We had work begin at our home Wednesday January 29th. Two windows were broken either upon install or in transit. This was nearly 12 weeks ago.
      On Friday February 14th, we had a technician out to repair some work. That was over 9 weeks ago.
      We were told on January 29th that the broken windows were being reordered then and that it would take 4-6 weeks for those to be remade and installed.
      We were told the same thing on February 14th.
      My wife waited 4 weeks from the February 14th date to call for an update and the lady told her it should be soon. Since that time she has left voicemails and has not been able to get an updated timeline.
      During installation, our old bay window was broken and shattered on our front walkway. During the cleanup process our garden stones were broken and removed. We were not notified that this happened by the install team, just noticed them missing later that evening. We are missing the majority of the mulch from that flower bed and we are continually finding glass to this day.
      We are now starting to have glass from the broken window in the front of our house break off and end up in the carpet or on the windowsill.
      All we want at this point is an update as this is not only unsightly but it’s becoming dangerous for our family with two young children.
      We have left messages, texts, contact us submissions and have not gotten answers. For the amount of money we’ve spent, it should be better.
      It’s been extremely frustrating to this point.

      Disappointed and Frustrated – Poor Workmanship and Even Worse Customer Service I expected better from a company that markets itself as a quality provider. Champion Windows forces you to finance through a third-party company, so you’re locked into payments and late fees—even if the work isn’t done properly or finished at all. The installation was a mess. The vinyl had open seams that were sharp and left gaps for water and bugs to get in. It took four months of repeated complaints before they finally came to address the issue, and even then, it wasn’t done to the standard they originally promised. They told me the windows would be re-trimmed like a picture frame, but all they did was slap on some caulk. What Champion doesn’t tell you is that they don’t have their own crews—they hire independent contractors. The crew that showed up at my home was a family, and they ended up having a loud screaming match that started inside my house and continued in my driveway. This was in the middle of winter, and all my neighbors heard it. When I asked Champion to fix the windows properly, they refused. They insisted the same crew who botched the job come back, rather than sending someone else or stepping up to make it right. I waited four months for that? If you’re considering Champion, think twice. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
