  I bought a Hummer from them the next day the my air went out my exhaust fell off and my tail lights didn't work so I called them they said for me to bring it in they said they'll fix it they fixed the air and spent the rest of the day working on my tail lights so they rigged it up and told me to come back next Wednesday I called them and they got rude with me

  I just wanted to put in a comment about my experience. I purchased a Hummer from here a day ago and wanted to let future purchasers know that Troy made this an extremely easy, pleasurable experience for me. I've purchased from big dealerships before and have had horrible experiences with the sales/finance employees trying to make a profit off of me and pressuring me to the point of making me feel unhappy about my purchase. Aside from going above and beyond for me to fix the tiny little interior cosmetic things that were wrong with no hesitation he was very welcoming and patient. I called to let him know the time I was arriving and he already had the vehicle pulled in a garage and warmed up for me to test drive. Finding a business where an employee treats it as his own and takes his time to enjoy the moment is very rare in this world. I know that I kept him there 2 hours past closing and he did not show one sign of eagerness to close the doors and gave me undivided attention. The process was quick and without pressure or any feeling of unease. I highly recommend them for purchasing and trading in vehicles. I was pleasantly surprised at what I received for my trade-in and what deal we were able to achieve with a solid warranty.

  Had a great experience here when searching for cars. Didnt end up purchasing one from there, but Troy and everyone else that helped us were great. We were able to test drive a few different cars and never felt pressured into making a decision on the spot. We will definitely stop here during our next car search.

  I bought a 2018 Chevrolet 2500 Cargo Van in January, its July 25th, and I have been able to use vehicle 8 days total. Bought with only 124K Miles, now has 127K miles. Has been in the shop for 90 days. There warranty program is a scam. The Thermo King V300 needed a major repair and the insulation in the rear was a joke. Have had to completely rebuild the transmission. When I drove it off the lot back in January, I got down Beechmont Ave a 1/2 mile and the check engine line came on. Turned around and drove back and they claimed to do a diagnostic check and the proceeded to tell me the camshaft was bad along with fuel line. Two weeks later they claimed they remedied the issue which was also a lie. Drove the van a total of 3K MILES and broke down 200 miles away and was told the transmission was shot. Stay away from this outfit as they are nothing but dishonest and lie to your face.

  There is no way they are A+ accredited. If I had read all the bad reviews before I bought my sons car we would have never bought from them. We went to pick up the car an hour away, 4 times. They kept telling us it was ready, when it wasn't...just never told us until we got there. Should have took that as a sign. They sold us a lemon. Paid 7100 for the car (with taxes) and it's unsafe for my child to drive. Needs 9400 in work. They claim to have 20 people who want to buy it,but when we asked them just to put it back on the lot and give us our money back, Justin the salesperson, said...no. too bad. Your stuck with it, we will do nothing. He told me not to worry about who the owner was, because he's the face and mouth of the business and I can't talk to him. They need to be shut down for being scammers. They sell junk, knowingly.
