      I bought the rental property, I was been told that I will be using the property to rent it out. And said this can be rent it out. So we gone by his words and finisher the agreement and loans. Just find out that the rent is cap out to that limit and on waiting list. First of all if he told me this place is on waiting list then I would not even proceed future on this property. So I am stuck with this property.

      Towne properties management company is terrible. The customer service is non-existent. I have attempted a variety of outlets to pay the balance I owe to their HOA, and no one is willing to help. Unresponsive to emails, voicemails, and won't allow you to setup an account to pay online. They want to make the process as difficult as possible, and only want checks. I have mailed them checks, and they never process them. Their unprofessionalism and archaic business practices are having real impacts on a person's finances. It's absurd. On top of that, they allowed a pond in our neighborhood to completely dry up with no action. The don't manage anything.

      Towne Properties blames other for their incompetence. I closed on my property in July 2020. My title company checked all liens, etc on my property and filed necessary paperwork that gave both HOA and COA my info. I was sent a **** for 2021 and 2022 with various charges(late fee and transfer of acct) on May 31,2022. I sent a check for 2022 because a coupon book was sent for 2022 but not 2021. I went on vacation and returned to find a certified letter to pick up. TP had filed court order to pay additional fees. They went to court on June 3. TP didn't even allow me to pay my fees before taking me to court. I called their attorney to try to settle their mistake of finally sending a **** almost 2 years later. I was told it was my responsibility as the buyer to ask for a ****. They had all the info on 7/7/20 that I was the new owner and I paid fees to them. TP is not competent in managing a dog house much less Settlers walk and all the other properties. Buyer Beware! I wouldn't have bought my property if I would have known how crooked they are. They must keep their attorney,because they are crooked. I actually don't want to give them any stars. When my check finally cleared, I had to provide to attorney a copy of check. So through lots of emails, they will not take just my ******************************** Jan.2023. TP will not take ownership in their mistake and wants to blame me for their incompetence! Guess to the court I go! Oh, by the way their attorney offered taking $150 off the $460 that they want me to pay for late fees and court costs. So beware if you come across Towne Properties. Ask for covenants, which I just got!
