Barak J. from Scherzinger did an amazing job eradicating a stubborn nest of paper wasps in the eaves of my roofline. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend him as a pest control expert.

Our technician, Ethan, is always professional and helpful. Always asks if we are experiencing any specific problems. He recently came out for our quarterly a couple days early after I was attacked by a swarm of wasps. He had the nest taken care of in no time! We've had good service from this company and I'd highly recommend them.Scherzinger Pest Control

I've had a less than satisfying experience with Scherzinger, and I wanted to share it. I engaged the team at Scherzinger due to a problem with ants at my home. I paid for a membership to their services last year. This membership lapsed without my knowledge. No notification was sent to me by Scherzinger that my membership was no longer active. Yet they continued to come out and treat for ants two additional times costing me over $250 for these two services in excess of what I had already paid for my membership. I was not provided any notification of new charges to come, lapse of membership, or bills by mail or in person during their visits making me unaware of these additional charges for services rendered.I have since paid these bills and terminated my relationship with Scherzinger. While the business practice described above may be "legal", I did not find it to be a proper or morally sound adhering to the customer relationship values they espouse.To add insult to injury, they never corrected my ant problem after what I would estimate to be 10 visits over the past year and a half, and my new servicer was shocked by the lack of adequate attention given to the situation by Scherzinger.Scherzinger Pest Control

Jason was the tech that came out for the initial assessment and treatment. I have lived in my house for 10 years and we have always been hit by the yearly ant crusade. Between, ants, spider, and the pets occasionally bringing in a flea, I was done. Scherzinger first, called and went over options, I went with the guardian protection following the initial treatment. An appointment time was set and Jason was prompt, called to see if he could come out a few minutes early, which was fine. Walked me around the yard and house to find my areas of concern and then gave me some education, told me his plan, sent us on our way and called when he had completed everything. Went over what he performed and saw in detail and updated me on the plan of care moving forward and gave me the opportunity to comment, modify, or approve. Overall, it was an easy process, quick, and i can already see some positive effects.Scherzinger Pest Control

Lou has been servicing my home and lawn for several years. He is responsive anytime I've ever had concerns and is great at communicating any time there has been a problem. (5 Stars)I was not home at the time that Darnell was here, but could see that he did a good job. We got new garage doors and the codes to enter have changed. So I need to inform him of the new codes so that he can have access to the garage since we usually have that sprayed inside as well. Scherzinger's does a good job all the timeScherzinger Pest Control
