Todd our Service Tech was excellent! He was so polite and called me to confirm he was at the correct location. He then met with me to ask if there were any issues that needed to be addressed and told me his plan for the service. After completion, he checked back to make sure I hadn't thought of anything else and told me to call if there were any changes.

Ethan A***** has been my ScherZinger representative for about a year or more at this point. It's encouraging to see someone willingly to approach his duties with his type of vigor. He consistently approaches me, his customer, with a can-do attitude and starts our time off with a cheerful hello!
