      Went to buy a hot tub. Very pleased with customer service and prices. ***** is knowledgeable and helped us so much.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I had issue with my hot tub, scheduled a service call with Watsons. I was told My hot tub is covered under 100% warranty until the end of the year. Service came out, was informed there were no leaks. I was relieved. Until the next morning, I woke up to a charge on my credit card. I was never informed of a charge prior to them coming out. I called, was told essential tough luck. They said since it was not covered under warranty I would be charged (Nothing was fixed, so what was not under warranty?) Was Charged for visit and labor was taking 4 bolts out and putting them back in. Will not return for business. Spend thousands of dollars on a hot tub and have a warranty to get charged additional money. Useless Warranty.

      When you think of customer service in today's world you don't expect much. That's not the case with Watson's they are what all other companies strive to attain. There commitment to customer satisfaction is on a level of its own. They are simply the best!!!!!!!!. We made a major purchase that required their service department to become involved. From the very beginning they were professional doing whatever it took to make sure we were happy. And we were happy. All companies have problems but the ones that treat a problem with great concern as Watson's does you can't get any better. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have bought from them for as many year as they have in business and their commitment to great products and customer satisfaction has always been first class. If they can't satisfy a customer than that customer can't be satisfied.

      Watsons has an exceptional amount of inventory with great prices. Tom was great to work with and spent a lot of time talking with us even though he had other clients to attend to. We left very happy and will definitely continue shopping there.

      To Whom It May Concern, We purchased our pool from Watson during Black Friday 2023, based on the company’s strong reputation, and our initial experience with Dave, the salesman, was excellent. However, the installation process that followed has been extremely disappointing. David, the contractor, first scheduled installation for April 16th but was a no-show. He rescheduled multiple times, often with last-minute cancellations and excuses ranging from equipment malfunctions to personal emergencies. This pattern continued for months, leaving our backyard unusable and causing significant inconvenience, as we had to walk our three dogs daily due to the half-dug, muddy mess. David’s unprofessional behavior and constant delays created an unbearable situation. Despite raising these concerns with Paula, I was asked to give him additional chances. We were repeatedly told that we were his priority, yet David continued to show up late, not at all, or left early, with little regard for the quality of his work or our time. The final straw was discovering that the pool had been installed three feet off the agreed location, forcing us to hire a separate contractor to fix drainage issues and build a retaining wall. When Brandon, a different contractor, finally came to install the liner, his professionalism and thoroughness were a stark contrast to David’s performance. However, by that time, we had already endured months of frustration and additional expenses due to David’s mishandling of the project. Given the significant inconvenience, added costs, and substandard service we received, I strongly believe compensation for our wasted time and the hardships caused is warranted. A refund or financial compensation should be considered to make up for this unacceptable experience. Sincerely, ****** ********* *** ******* *** ***

      Purchased our replacement spa cover over the phone with Isaac A**** at the Florence, KY location. He couldn’t have been more helpful, courteous and willing to help me!! Great customer service is hard to find nowadays, so I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who indeed had these qualities!!!! Thanks so much Isaac, we will be contacting YOU for our future needs!!!
