The technician (**** ******) did a great job, starting with kicking his start time back an hour to accommodate my sleeping grandson. I had a tricky plumbing issue that required multiple visits to fully diagnose, but this company was relentless in tracking down the root of the problem. Their persistence really paid offthey identified and fixed the issue thoroughly. Throughout the process, they were courteous, professional, and respectful of my time and space. Its clear both ****** and **** take pride in their work and care about getting things right. Im very impressed with their service and wouldnt hesitate to call them again. Our air conditioner was not cooling. They came out and: told us we needed a new capacitor which would cost $892 to install along with their hard start kit, whatever that is. They said that might work, but we might need a compressor which they would rebuild for $5,088, if we signed up for their service plan for $15 per month. Turns out I got someone else to get the unit going without replacing either the capacitor or the compressor. In addition I learned after speaking to an electrician that a capacitor should cost about $20. So bottom line is they fixed nothing and gave us a bunch of expensive estimates for work that didn't need to be done.Review fromCharles H

**** was able to clear the clog in the toilet but because this has been a recurring problem we decided to pull the toilet and get to the root of the problem. Unfortunately, it was determined that the toilet was cemented to the tile floor and we left it the way it was so as not to damage the tile.Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air
