      Corcoran and Harnist installed my unit at the purchase of my home in 2014. Over the last 10 years they have been the only company to service the unit. While it is understood that issues will come about most recently the unit stopped providing heat. Technician Cody came out 12/20/2024 to rectify the issue. Cody had difficulty and another tech came to assist him the unit was working when Cody left. We were charged $398 for the service and no parts were replaced. The business was contacted days later as we believed the unit to still not be working properly and the price of the visit was overpriced. No one ever called back. Then 1/4/2025 no heat again. Technician Scott came out and replaced the pressure switch on the unit at $300 and stated it should’ve been replaced at the last visit just 13 days prior. Again we reached out to the company for assistance. They flat out refused to contact me. After calling a third time I finally received a call back where Matt stands by the work of Cody but not the words of Scott who actually completed the repair.
