    Sam H***** has been great to work with on our SmartBid account. He helped us test the system before we owned licenses. He answered questions when we were planning the implementation and rollout. He continues to support us today as needed, in addition to the regular support folks. His knowledge of the system is great. Whenever we want to try something in the system or figure out the best setup and procedure for a task, he gives us input on multiple ways to do it. He's a great asset.

    I have worked with constructconnect for a number of years this year we switched to On-Screen Take-Off, and I have to say Jake E******* did a fabulous job with the training.
