  Was having trouble using software installed on new machine. ]David S quickly brought over the missing pieces and to eliminate a frustration. Instead of spending hours figuring out 'how to', David quickly resolved my issues. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient! Now I can go back to work with a smile.

  Kenneth B***** has helped me understand Quotesoft. He was very professional, patient and had a lot of tips and tricks to navigate the software. I would recommend this software to anyone who is a mechanical estimator or project manager.

  My company does mostly public work and I have noticed that since the buyout, that there coverage is poor and duplicative to ******. Unbeknownst to me the subscription automatically renewed. As soon as I was notified of the renewal I immediately contacted the company for a credit. They refused to credit my account and I was forced to contest it thru my credit card company. Poor service, raised rates by 50% without notification, miss most of the projects in my area. Overall very poor value.

  Love using ConstructConnect - I run the commercial department of a large valve company and all our branches use this platform and have success in doing so - I've been in this business over 30years and did use the local construction sites for many years - Having memberships for 8 or 10 different construction sites at a time - With this platform you can find all the information you require on one site - Leads to jobs , Updates on contractors and engineers and what they are working on - Access to specs - I get emails every morning that are specific to my searches thanks to our sales rep Philip **** - Never was I not able to reach him for assistance if needed which I didn't do often as the platform is very user friendly - Would recommend this site for sure - Glad to be a member

  I was introduced to William Scata about 7 years ago when our company wanted me to meet our account manager, because as a company we were really wanting to start folding the Construct Connect capabilities into our marketing/contacts structure. I must be honest I really didn't know what to expect as to what type of value they could add. My initial guess of what that added value was looking back was incredibly basic, I don't think I expected more than a list of upcoming projects, but it's so much more. As I learned more and more how to really use the program, it has since become a treasure trove of information for us to glean. While my first thought was just a listing of new projects. But IMO the true caveat that was even more important, was allowing me to connect the dots 'nationwide' on who is currently using our products already, that we really hadn't kept track of. And now suddenly being able to go back through years worth of data! Critical information to be able to reach out and build a better relationships with those companies to expand there existing use of our products. Priceless! It's always easier to sell additional products to someone who is already using your products than it is getting someone new to start using you. There are two sides of the equation, new and existing customers. You don't want to spend all your time on acquiring new customer while your existing clients and easier to resell are not cultivated. The program that CC has, allows me to do both, not only to reach out to Mr. Smith and say, yeah I see your working on XYZ project, you know our product would be a perfect fit for that. But also to go back and say Mr. Smith, thank you so much for using our products on your XYZ project, did you know about our new product(s) that you should consider using as well on your next project.
